NPP Youth Wing inaugurated at NIC

The NIC Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party in the Weija Constituency was inaugurated on Sunday with a call on party elders to be transparent in their dealings with members and supporters.

Mr James Afari Yaw, Weija Constituency Youth Organiser, who made the call, said the lack of transparency by the elders in the preparation towards the 2008 election resulted in bickering among members and supporters hence the party's defeat.

He pleaded with them to stop that behaviour and work hard to convince the people to vote massively for the party for a resounding  victory come December 7.

Mr Afari Yaw said; "If we don't work hard to vote the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party out, you and I will continue to suffer. Go out there and tell the people the good things that happened under President Kufuor's administration and what Nana Akufo-Addo is also coming to add."

The nine-member youth wing, which is chaired by Mr Paul Antwi, would undertake house-to-house campaign.
